Clients must go through an entire service process before being declared as a "returning client". This process includes the first consultation and an additional paid service thereafter. Once this additional paid service has been completed, a client wishing to seek out a different service will be officially considered a "returning client". This does not apply in the cases regarding the same project (i.e. a book that originally needed editing now needs to be advertised) as projects must be entirely new.
